Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Drawing Grid Studio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your login safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of every photo and drawing you upload. You give us only the permission we need to store and display your content back to you, and — if you choose to share a project — to show it in the public gallery. You confirm you have the right to use the images you upload.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal, hateful, sexual or violent material, or anyone else's work without permission.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not resell access to the service or share paid accounts.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and payments

Free and paid plans are available. Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose (monthly or yearly) and give the limits and features shown on the pricing page for that period. Payments are handled by Razorpay through your web browser. Each period is paid separately — nothing is charged automatically unless you buy the next period yourself.

Personal use and commercial rights

You always own the photos and drawings you upload. These terms only cover what you may do with the things the app makes for you — grid overlays, previews, exports and downloads.

• Free and Pro plans: personal, educational and practice use. You may share your finished artwork and post it online, including on social media, but you may not sell files made with the app, use them in paid client work, or include them in products you sell.
• Studio plan (commercial rights): while your Studio plan is active you may use the grids, exports and downloads you create for paid work — selling your artwork, client commissions, teaching materials you charge for, and printed products you sell. No extra fee or credit is required.
• Artwork you created while a Studio plan was active stays licensed for commercial use even after the plan ends. New work created after that follows the personal-use rules again.
• Commercial rights never apply to images you do not have the rights to, to reselling access to the app itself, or to reselling our templates, presets or store content as your own product.

Cancellations and refunds

You can stop using a paid plan at any time; your plan simply runs to the end of the period you paid for and then returns to Free. Because access is granted immediately, payments are generally non-refundable, but if something goes wrong on our side, contact us within 7 days and we will put it right.

Store links

The Store shows art products from other shops. Buying happens on those shops' own websites under their terms, and we may earn a small commission. We are not the seller and are not responsible for those products, prices or deliveries.

Service availability

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Keep your own copies of important artwork.

Ending your use

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms.
