Who we are

Drawing Grid Studio ("we", "us") provides grid drawing tools for artists. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and mobile app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account email and profile picture.
• Photos you upload — images you choose to upload to create grid projects, plus the grid settings you save with them.
• Usage information — projects created, exports made and storage used, so we can apply plan limits.
• Payment information — plan, amount and payment reference. Card details are handled by our payment provider (Razorpay) and never reach our servers.
• Technical information — device type, browser and basic error logs so we can fix problems.

Photos and device access

We only access the photos you personally select. The app asks your permission before opening your camera or photo library, and we never browse or read your gallery in the background. Uploaded photos are stored privately and are visible only to you, unless you choose to share a project to the public gallery.

How we use your information

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To store your projects and apply your plan's limits.
• To process subscription payments and issue receipts.
• To send you service messages and announcements inside the app.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your artwork to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the companies that run the service for us: Supabase (accounts, database and file storage), our hosting provider, and Razorpay (payments). Each of them acts on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and projects for as long as your account exists. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. When you delete your account, your photos, projects and profile are removed permanently.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete my accountinside the app. This permanently removes your uploaded photos, projects, gallery posts and profile. If you cannot sign in, email us and we will do it for you within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
